If you’re not happy with your full report, we’ll refund it in full. Just ask within 30 days of buying. No questions asked.

How to ask

Email prismiqtest@gmail.com from the address you used to pay, or include it in your message. We’ll refund the $2.99 to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If something went wrong

If you paid but didn’t get your report, email us first: we’ll send you a working link or a refund, whichever you prefer.
